Felton (Mac) Johnston, a key member of the RW team, was formerly Vice President for Political Risk Insurance for the United States Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). During his 13 years in that position, Mr. Johnston had principal responsibility for OPIC's fast-growing and highly profitable political risk insurance operations, and policy responsibility for claims and arbitrations. Subsequently, Mr. Johnston has acted as an adviser and expert witness for policyholders and their attorneys in the presentation of political risk insurance claims and in the arbitration of contested claims.
