  • Representation of major non-profit network of microfinance institutions in connection with the transformation of its affiliate in Armenia into a credit organization regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia and the negotiation of mixed currency loans to finance its operations in Armenia.
  • Advice to U.S. microfinance organization with respect to applicable U.S. federal regulations governing asset disposition under U.S. Government funded assistance awards.
  • Assistance to U.S. microfinance organization in connection with letter of credit disputes.
  • Advice to U.S. microfinance organization on matters relating to structuring of expatriate employment arrangements, and inter-company affiliation and intellectual property licensing arrangements.
